We all know you’ve got moves, but it never hurts to try some new ones… unless of course you forget to warm up. I have put together a few basic dance moves in this video, just for fun– and because I love a good warm up. It makes the body feel so much more capable and invigorated. You might want to clear a little space and try it out. If you are a beginner, go slowly and take it at your own pace. Don’t worry it will get easier!
